At the Bendigo Australasian Dorset Champion Ships September 2015 our two Junior Rams once again took out the Champion and Reserve. This time with X-factor as the Champion they then combined with AP 53-14 (Sold for $12500) to win the coveted "Lindsbury" trophy for best group of 3 Rams. Our 3 Sale Rams sold to $12500 and averaged $8833 Abelene Park 131 Junior and Grand Champion Ram and Supreme Exhibits NSW Dorset Championships in Cowra - June 2015 Pictured with Abelene Park 31 - Reserve Junior Champion at Cowra  This was the first show for our young rams with both rams above pictured are 10 months old. AP 131 is sired by AP 235. We were successful in winning all 4 milk tooth ram classes at Cowra. Abelene Park exhibited 10 young rams at Bendigo & gained the following results: 1st & 3rd June drop rams - 33 entries 1st & 2nd August drop rams in wool - 9 entries 1st & commended August drop shorn rams - 22 entries 2nd & 4th pair of August drop rams - 9 entries Junior Champion Ram 2nd Group of 3 Rams -17 entries 2nd Sires Progeny Group - 17 entries Sired by Yentrac 169-11 Abelene Park's 3 sale rams sold to $6000 & averaged $4500  Abelene Park 235-13 Sire: Yentrac 169-11 Weight at Bendigo : 153.5 kg at 13 months with lambs teeth Winner of the August drop shorn class & progressed to Junior Champion |
